Too Often

Humble apologies for not commenting friends's blogs update..

Apologies for not being prompt in updating this blog..
As always I was busy chasing rainbows..
Been drilling an appraisal well to meet minimum commitment to 'host country'..
Have a small success and now drilling a side track well..

Raison d'etre for the side track well
To improve the result of the original well
to try conduct a production test if the reservoir improve..
need the hydrocarbon flow data for future development of hydrocarbon...

Been attending kenduris..
pembantu rumah went awol :)
Have not been tip top health/time wise

Now that I have some time
I will just upload an email from my e-group
Many thanks to friend Zubia Kiran who posted this article...
that I believe may affect some of us

Too often we don't realize
What we have until it is gone.
Too often we wait too late to say
"I'm sorry - I was wrong."

Sometimes it seems we hurt the ones
We hold dearest to our hearts;
And we allow foolish things
To tear our lives apart.

Far too many times we let
Unimportant things into our minds;
And then it's usually too late
To see what made us blind.

So be sure that you let people know
How much they mean to you.
Take the time to say the words
Before your time is through.

Be sure that you appreciate
Everything you've got;
And be thankful for the little things
In life that mean a lot

Hi Wan Sharif, betul what you posted. I fully agree.
Very often I would hear from someone, when he or she loses a spouse, friend will say, "if there's anything I can do, let me know".
Too late....

Saya pun ta'senang this week with several chores to do.
You stay easy, keep well.
Lee.

Coffee Girl Dearest,
Yes, I was talking about oil and gas then… Ha..ha.. Malay Kampung style kenduri.. I can imagined.. I stayed in Miri for 10 months back in 1980, I like the ta-pau part after the kenduri then ;).
Many happy days ahead for you!

CfS Dearest,
Did I sense a tinge of jealousy on your part concerning the new “anok” mama..
After she went awol..
we do felt some kind of relieved somehow..
we found out after she went off, many not so-kind-things she said/did to us/to our house.. Furthermore, she was bent on getting hitched here in Malaysia as her boy friend(back home) has cold-shouldered her.. (she left her notes (all over the place) – which she scribbled before putting into her diary)…
Oops dah macam lagu P. Ramlee..
kisah rumah lah tangga…. Ada ada saja!

Waalaikumussalam Cheqna,
Haa.. “make myself busy unnecessarily”..
it is normally an after thought..
on reflecting our action ..
if indeed we do reflect (muhasabah?).
Sure! I was feeling much better already..
with so many appreciative and concerned friends visiting ;)

Acik dearest,
Thank you for your visit and kind comments.
Sometimes we do learn from past mistakes..
Sometime we keep repeating them..

Je suis enchanté de votre visite.
